About Us

Hillary Spiel & Dan Stewart created Backroad Services in 2020, following a decades long career working within the facility maintenance industry. Our team leaders have been helping commercial tenants and property owners across the nation with all kinds of maintenance assistance, from small vacant property inspections, to larger HVAC replacements on multi-tenant buildings. Since starting our business we have built an amazing team of project coordinators who work directly with many great vendors which we rely on to get things done outside of our local area. We have grown our fleet of equipment and vehicles which we self-perform services with locally in Southeastern PA/NJ/DE
