We performed a building inspection to ensure all interior and exterior conditions are satisfied while the property is sitting vacant. Pricing for these kinds of inspections is minimal and can document historical data to show many different building systems and conditions. In this building inspection we identified the t-stats were set to an acceptable temp but the building was still cold, sparking the need for a service call for HVAC to address building heat issues before any pipes may freeze.
